Put the sling on first, then spread
the sling and lie your baby in, being careful to cradle
the baby's head. The crook of your arm is often best.
Find a position that is comfortable for yourself and
your babe.
Try moving immediately, it will imitate the motion and
balance she enjoyed in the womb.
Take baby's weight & tighten till comfortable.
When putting baby down to sleep, undo buckle, place
baby down in sling - so as not to waken. |
